Now you can get back to your e-mail, not just in Nova Scotia, not just in Canada but Anywhere in North America... that's right... ANYWHERE IN NORTH AMERICA. No checking for the closest dial up site, no software reconfiguration every time you travel. Just one easy number to call no matter where you are!!! How does it work? We have set up a toll free system* that you can dial from anywhere in North America to get into the NavNet site. Simply set up an alternate dial configuration once in your dialler software and that's it. When you are home, use the local number; when out of the city use the toll free* number. You will have access to the same sites you use at home, however remember that this is a pay per use* system. What does it cost me? On top of your normal monthly account, we are billing at 15 cents a minute for the long distance access. Much cheaper than a regular phone call, the average business traveller can expect to spend around $5.00 extra per month. (based on one week of travel per month, e-mail access only) Also, in order to use the system we require that you fill out a roam service application. Just a formality, we require your signature on file to make sure you fully understand that you will be paying above and beyond your regular monthly rate. Please note that due to the variation in your monthly costs with this service, we regret that we can only offer roaming to our credit card or corporate billing customers. (And if you find out the toll free* number without applying for the service, your account will still be billed) How do I apply to roam? It's that easy... * The Fine Print The term toll free is used loosely above to identify the service as not being billed to the phone number you are using. You will be billed a flat 15 cents per minute of connect time, in full minute increments.
